   Food was very good and it’s a nice atmosphere. But we felt “hoodwinked” into ordering a $35 glass of wine. We didn’t have the menu in front of us and asked for a recommendation. The server recommended what she said was a “very popular” cab. Failed to advise that it was pricey (could have said pricey but worth it). Got the check and saw it was $35 for the glass. Most wines were $13 to $16. With tax and tip a $45 glass. Felt very dishonest and sneaky. Left a bad impression and we will not likely return. We’re not ones to complain so didn’t say anything. Probably should have. Ruined an otherwise nice albeit slightly rushed meal. Irony is that the entree came out several minutes before the wine!

   Great place that my wife and I enjoy on the east side. Like sharing a number of plates dining at a 4-top if possible.

   We went for a Valentines lunch. Food was absolutely wonderful. Service was great. Nick was our waiter. They put us in this one room that’s at the north east corner of the restaurant. It was very pleasant and we could look out on the street and watch people walking and the typical traffic Chagrin Falls. We live in Chagrin Falls and we absolutely love JoJos The service is second to none.

   Dinner was fantastic , Server and her helper made dinner very enjoyable . The filet mignon.was absolutely the best we have ever had . The hostess at the front desk was very pleasant. We always make it a point to visit Jo Jo's whether to eat or just to enjoy drinks at the bar

   Ambience is good although it gets noisy around 6/30 when it gets full! Service was excellent! Food was average

   Joe the manager is the best in the business. He runs such a great restaurant and his staff are second to none. The food is always first class! He is the reason my family and I come every weekend and he always there to make us feel so welcome!

    Our server basically forgot about us after her introduction. She got the wrong order on my drink. Then when she brought the correct single malt she brought a small glass FILLED with ice which I didn’t order (I ordered a single large cube. When we wanted to leave and get the check she gave all her attention to a large group of gentlemen and ignored our signals. This was a very different experience for us at JoJo’s. The bar tender was very inexperienced. The waitress seemed frazzled by the end of the night. Overall not up to par.
