   Things started off pretty good. We were seated quickly and our drink order was served quickly, but then it took around 15 minutes for anyone to come back and take our order. My friend ordered a 6 ounce steak, which looked to be maybe 3 to 4 ounces if that. When she expressed her opinion on the to the server, she said they weigh them all out so it’s 6 ounces and walked away. Not the way to handle that. I guarantee you at The Keg they would rectify that immediately. I ordered chicken Parm but what I don’t get is why they would put spaghetti over a nice crispy chicken cutlet making it totally soggy?? I saw a manager walk by and he did bring another piece of steak for my friend, but it took a long time and it was so thin and not great. The first steak was a lot thicker. My friend said the dessert was good, it was a chocolate lava cake . My friend wanted more water so she asked the server and I asked the manager, neither one brought it. We were there a good 45 minutes after we ate our meal. So needless to say the experience wasn’t great. I left a tip but my friend didn’t . I think my friend was right to do that and next time I will rethink leaving a tip at all.  The minute we paid the bill no one came back to ask if we needed anything else.

   Service was not very quick and things were forgotten. We were not checked on very often. The food took a long time to come out. One meal (a burger) came out completely cold. Other meals were good however.

   We were so spoiled at our table with our server Jonathan. He was very attentive, drinks were never empty, friendly and funny. We also had the pleasure of meeting Shelby and she treated us to her favorite appetizers, complimentary at that. It was such a nice and thoughtful surprise. She really made our experience so much better alongside Jonathan. We all enjoyed our dinner; everything was delicious. Just great experience! Thanks so much. Definitely will be back.

   The rice was quite dry with the butter chicken. The poke bowl seems to have gotten smaller in portion.

   We love Joeys - especially their Happy Hour specials. I made reservations as it was my husband’s birthday. We were promptly seated and received our beverages quickly. We needed a few minutes to order but our server took a long time to come back as she was talking a lot with other servers by the bar. She was friendly but slow. Our waters were not filled in a timely manner but when asked they came back quickly. Overall our meal was excellent, the restaurant was quite loud as they had placed us in the lounge area (I guess I had requested that on my reservation in error - but that was my fault) and the service was slow but it was still a nice dinner. They did bring out a complimentary brownie dessert to celebrate his birthday which was a nice touch.

   We been to Joey's several time but this was not at all a good experience. Our server was not attentive at all. Order not came as explained to server. Sophia was nice but i belive she needs more training. Table alloted in front of kitchen side door amd where staff sits and gossiping in their free minutes (not a big deal). Lot of noise because of server station in front of Table. No side plates even though appetizers been served and we have to asked for side plates. Table not cleared for a while and desert been served. There was no attention given to remarks, as we mentioned while reserving, its a celebration dinner (probably Open Table app not relaying the proper message). Steak quality is gone worse and not worth the value of $61. (Asked for extra veges instead of mashed but end up with nothing).

    I had a fabulous time for my milestone birthday lunch today:) Our server was amazing and surprised my mom and I with warm yummy donuts on the house!
