   I came in for my mom's birthday and had Madelyn as a server. She was extremely attentive and kind. She went above and beyond to ensure we had a lovely dining experience. Thank you for the exceptional customer service!!! We look forward to dining at Joey's again soon.

   We arrived 5 minutes before our 7:45 pm reservation and our table was ready for us. Our server give us the menus and water and reminded us that we had an hour and a half to enjoy our meals. Several minutes later we had decided what we wanted. To our surprise, a man came over who identified himself as the manager, and said, “I noticed you had your menus on the table. Can I take your order.” He took orders. Having been in the restaurant and hospitality business for over 30 years, I was especially impressed by the attentiveness of the manager. We enjoyed our food as expected within the hour. The same manager came to our table and said that the next reservation for our table has arrived and asked if it was ok to bring us the bill. We said sure and thought to ourselves how quickly 1.5 hour went by so quickly. After checking the time, we realized it was only 8:33 pm. He came back with our bill and I said I thought we had 1.5 hours. He said, yes, but you’ve been here 3 hours. I reminded him that we had a reservation for 7:45 and that he took our orders. He should know we had not been there 3 hours. He said, there was no reservation for us but did not apologize at all whatsoever. This was a very disappointing experience as the manager took no accountability for the oversight and only cared about turning over the table for the next reservation. Absolutely terrible.

   Food was great. Service was great. The sun bothered our eyes a bit. We were there for lunch and I faced the window by the front door because my sister complained about the sun. It was her birthday lunch so I had to defer. I would sit on the other benches next time. I had lobster prawn tacos. She had a pan seared tuna salad. Yummy. We each had a peach Bellini. Delish. The chocolate molten lava cake was very nice. Apple pie a la mode was ok. They also gave her a free birthday dessert because I commented on the app that it was her birthday and asked if they could present her with a birthday dessert. Nice birthday spot ❣️🎂🥳🎉🕊️

   Spent my 26th birthday here with friends and the staff was very accommodating and friendly! The food was great and overall a great vibe! I would definitely go back:)

    I have been to Joey’s many times and it is consistently good but today was lacking. The entrees were brought to the table before clearing out the appetizer dishes (huge pet peeve for me), my son did not finish his burger cause it got so soggy half way thru and the waitress did not describe the salmon dish correctly when I specifically asked if there was any dressing/topping on the salmon.
