    Beautiful job on the new restaurant. Very open concept and fairly spacious. We did have to wait a bit even though we had a reservation but the champagne hand out during the wait was a nice touch. Will definitely be back.

    This would have been a very low review, as we ran into an issue with our table not being ready for almost an hour wait. Why this review is 5/5 stars is because of how the staff handled the situation, they were extremely apologetic, they offered me and my group complimentary items, comped some items and the manager Dan, made sure we were set all night and really went above and beyond to make sure our night ended better than how it started. The food, the atmosphere and the staff were all amazing at this Joey location.

    Service, ambiance, food were great! The manager Aeedon came over and gave some recommendations and was very helpful. Our server was so kind as well we loved our dine in experience here. Will definitely be back soon:)

    Fantastic service great food ! Just wasn’t to happy where we were seated in lounge area on high top table which would of been fine but it was are anniversary outing

    We came for wine and dessert during Happy Hour. I noticed our server didn’t say a single word about Happy Hour or any items in that section of menu when she arrived, which was strange considering how popular Joey’s is for their Happy Hour. Instead, she flipped our menus immediately and drew our attention to the drinks on the back. I inquired about a 5oz glass of wine ($5 during Happy Hour) and was swiftly countered with a suggestion to get a bottle ($60) instead. The attempt at an upsell from $5 to $60 caught me off guard. When I reiterated that I wasn’t interested in a bottle, she then told me they were actually out of the wine I wanted, how unfortunate. She then rushed us into ordering food and once it arrived, proceeded to circle back 5 times over the next 8 minutes (yes, I counted) to ask my partner if she’d like another round (she barely touched her drink). Not once did she ask if I’d wanted another drink or how we were enjoying our food, it seemed strange. It felt like she was focused on getting us to order as much alcohol as fast as possible rather than just providing good service. This left a bad taste in our mouths during what would have otherwise been another great night at Joey’s. This service was a complete 180 from the kind I received the other 3 times I’ve visited this location. I will return, though.

    This was better than I was expecting, Service was great, food was good, though not perfect, and good value. A bit noisy at times, but not a problem.
