   Hubby and I go to joeys quite often and don’t mind the craziness. It’s Friday in DTLA so we expect it to be loud and busy. Even with reservations, expect to wait 20-30 minutes to be seated. However, the food has gone downhill. Flavors were good. We ordered wings, sushi, gyoza, steak, shrimp, and ravioli. And every item that came out was either Luke warm or cold. Even the gyoza were hardened from getting cold. The wings were shriveled and dry as if they had been sitting underneath the heater. And out Main entrees were room temperature and cold. Our server was great, and our drinks were good and came out fast but everything else was not worth the $300 we spent ):

   Have eaten here many times before and loved it. The food was not very good this last time…maybe an off night, but I didn’t enjoy it as much as I usually have.

   Our server Desiree was great. Made sure everything we order was correct, came by a few times to check on us, top off the water at the table. Will definitely ask for her on our next time.

   Came in for lunch for a coworkers birthday! Everything was so wonderful- from the complimentary sparkling at the door, the warm service, DELICIOUS food and then the GM Brendan surprising us with a birthday dessert! So so perfect, I will be back

   Really really really loud music. I had to yell to speak to my dinner guest. Reservations were 8 pm, got seated at 8:15. The kitchen is always great it’s more the service at joeys that need improvement

   Food was good server was good small portions for big prices and the aesthetic compared to other Joey locations is ran down

   We ordered several dishes. The crab cakes were excellent, and the salmon sushi was flavorful. The butter chicken was delicious, and the desserts were outstanding. I highly recommend the crème brûlée cheesecake and the lava cake—both were exceptional. The drinks were enjoyable as well. While the service could have been slightly better, overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our visit.

    The food was amazing! One of the best medium ribeye I’ve had. That is saying a lot because I love steak! Seasoned to the bone! Our server India was really sweet and attentive. Highly recommended and will be returning
