   The place is dated. It wasn’t busy and our server hardly stopped back once we got our meals

   The service was not good at all. There was only one server in the whole restaurant area and she was running around doing too much. She never came back to our table to check on us. I had to get up two times to get some service from the Manager and others walking around,so this visit was not good for us.

   Standard chain seafood. It was within walking distance of our hotel. Food was good. Service was good. Nothing extraordinary. I didn’t expect wonderful. I got good. I enjoyed my clam chowder more than expected.

   Our first trip to Joe’s Crap Shack and it was fantastic! The food was excellent (the shrimp and crab dip was our favorite!), and everything else was a close second. The servings were large, plenty of food for leftovers. The view was phenomenal, parking was close and inexpensive. And our server, William, was on the ball. So friendly and efficient. Highly recommend this restaurant….we’ll be back for sure!

   The quality of the food was average, crab legs seemed old and rubbery like they were frozen too long, same for the lobster tails. The fish and chips were great fresh not oily or over cooked. The service was okay.
