   We made a reservation for 5:30 but when we arrived they said they had a “hold on seating”. As there were many tables open, I think they were short servers. Went to the bar. Two bartenders - but they took 15 minutes to get our drinks. We had requested a table by the window but when they seated us ended up elsewhere - when we arrived there were plenty of window tables. Overall the food was very good and our table server was great and attentive.

   We had a party of four. We order and only one meal came out, after 20 mins the rest of the order was bought out. The waitress told me the manager would stop by the table, which he never did and the waitress never returned to do the check. I did go up to the manager and he told me that no one told him to go to our table. The food was okay, but the service was lacking.

   Just not worth the money. Find something fresher and local. service was outstanding. Lucian was was great.

   Food was good. They were a bit short on staff tonight. The one waitress was really working very had to keep up

   Service was extremely slow, sat at the table along time before even being greeted by our server. The restaurant was not busy at all so there was no excuses. We wouldn't see her for long stretch's throughout our evening. Food: the boils were enjoyed by the ones that ordered at our table. The flash fried crab legs were the worse thing I have ever had at a restaurant. The sampler platters that were ordered were way overcooked as well. Not a recommendation I would give for this location of Joes crab shack.

   Server was awful. Appetizer came out with dinner, not before. I ordered cold peel and eat shrimp and a lobster tail. Shrimp was not cleaned! Lobster tail was never served to me. I called manager over to complain and he apologized and said he was sending server home because he was making too many mistakes. Credited our apps and lobster tail I never received. Will not return.

   Table of 6. Every meal was overcooked. Think they lost our order as it took close to an hour to get our food after we ordered. Table larger than ours that was seated and ordered after us received their food before us. At at another seafood place the next day less than a mile away (Pinchers) and it was the complete opposite and very pleasant. Avoid this Joes Crabshack.

   Got there ahead of our reservation. Hostess sat us at a 2 top near a large group who was pretty loud. Waited about 10 mins. No server. Went back up to hostess stand. Told them we’re just going to sit at the bar. Bar staff was attentive and friendly. Food was decent, nothing spectacular. The view of the water and sunset was great.

    Food was great. Wait staff attentive. This was my second visit in less than a week. Both times the wait time to get our food was really really really long. On my first visit it was about 3:30pm and the restaurant was not busy at all. This current visit it was a Friday night at 6:30pm and it was moderately busy. Both times I substituted items. The first meal was served with the wrong potatoes and the second meal was served with the wrong vegetable. This was not a deal breaker as they made it right in a fairly short time frame. I will be going back. The view on the water and the quality of the food makes it worth the wait......be sure to order a caesar salad. It was really good and you won't starve waiting for the main entree.
