Honestly, the table they put us on was next to the servers table and there was a lot of noise there. The place looked like it was understaff, there were no bussers helping the servers. The servers were very knowledgeable but they looked so tired and not enjoying the job and people at all. I did not see one server with a smile. The food was amazing but my advice would be to get more servers. For an expensive place like that I would be happy to have a good service too.

Let me start with the good. The service was impeccable. From the bartender to the waiter, they all get an A++. The food tasted great, the ambiance was romantic and upscale. Now the bad. When has it become normal to bring your large dog in a stroller, into a fine dining establishment? There were actually two large dogs that sat down right next to us. Not a service animal, a large fuzzy dog. The couple next the dogs where literally less than two feet away (hope they weren't allergic). Secondly, I'm all about family, but bringing a screaming baby into a fine restaurant probably isn't the best idea. I could be sounding like a Karen right now, but when you drop $500 on a dinner for 2, I'd rather not feel like I'm in a nursery. Fast forward to 2:30 a.m. and my husband is violently ill and spend a good part of his night sleeping on the bathroom floor. Two hours later, it was me. We had different meals and still don't know the cause. So what started out as a promising, romantic Christmas Eve dinner was pretty much a disaster. Perhaps the restaurant should enforce the no pet policy or implement one, and may I suggest a limit to the ages of children allowed. There are plenty of family friendly restaurants in Las Vegas.

3 reasons for my rating: 1. Hostess was indifferent and not welcoming. 2. We were seated practically right on top of another couple while we were both obviously on romantic dates. So awkward. 3. Steaks were overcooked.

Ambiance and decor were very nice. Service staff were friendly, albeit a bit tardy with serving. Transitioned through multiple servers. The meat was cooked really nicely, sommelier was fantastic. The rib eye, unfortunately, was a bit more Grissle than I had hoped for.
