   They were not very busy and they said they were out of 5 things on the menu. When we finally were able to get someone to take the order they did not have another thing we ordered from the menu. The service was so bad we had to go to the bar to order drinks. They never had paper towel in the bathroom even though I told them after the first time we used it. There was so many upset customers and when I asked to speak with the manager they said the manager was busy but if I wanted to wait a while I could. Will not go back to this place. It is nice inside and could be a great spot but they have a lot of work to do and it starts with the staff.

   Waited 90 minutes for our food. Did not get anything comped. Staff was polite but kitchen very backed up. Food was enjoyable but average in quality. Could get similar tasing food at a good local bar. Many menu items not in stock. Had higher hopes. Ambiance was only aspect we enjoyed. I wish them success and hopefully it was just an off night because of the Lions game.

   I don't normally make reviews like this - but wow, this was a terrible experience from start to finish. We had a reservation, but then had to wait in line for 20 minutes to be sat, then it took over an hour to get our food whereas my husband never even received his at all. We ultimately had to ask for our check and leave over an hour and 45 minutes after being sat. Then, the server automatically added a 25% gratuity on our bill without letting us know until we did the math on our own and asked her to remove it. Unfortunately, this was just really a poor experience, would NOT recommend.

   Everything went well from valet, to ordering a drink form the bar to being seated for our reservation. We will go back here!!!

   Amazing experience! Live Dj, good food & service! The ambiance was even better! Just need a little more help in the Valet dept. But overall, the experience was very enjoyable, I’ll definitely go back!

   Restaurant is beautiful on the inside. Party of 8 arrived 30 mins prior to reservations and was able to be sat immediately. Service was extremely, extremely slow from ordering drinks to when we left after the meal. The meal was a disaster. 5 people ordered filets with lobster, ribeye, and a tomahawk steak. Steaks were either over cooked or under cooked, lobster was served under cooked as well. Sides were lukewarm/cold. Very unimpressed. It was a not a high end steak house. Definitely shouldn’t have paid that amount for such low quality food.

    Went here for dinner on a Sunday night & was met with atrocious service. Our server, T, was inexperienced, slow & blamed her other staff members for her lack of effort. The manager was making excuses & telling me, the customer, that I hurt T’s feelings… nope, if you can’t do your job, you shouldn’t be hired for it. I also suggested he implements more training given the restaurant was new, but of course that won’t be necessary as this will not be a sustainable business. I ordered a quesadilla… it came out after almost 90 minutes colder than a refrigerated one. I was hit with the “kitchen is backed up.” … no girl, you let it sit there. We were there for over two hours & had two drinks a piece ($20 drinks mind you…). I wouldn’t let a dog eat here, much less a human. Both bartenders were extremely kind & I hope they find a new place to work ASAP.
