The rice used for sushi/nigiri was cold and hard - you can tell it’s the same rice they used for crispy and fried rice so I would stick to those if I came back. Steak tar tar was very one note and needed salt, really only tasted if raw onion and truffle overload The bone marrow had carmelized onions which made it a bit too sweet and the bread pairs with it was covered in salt pretty much inedible Drinks were about 50/50

Had a lovely dinner that would’ve been even better had it been a little more timely. The food was delicious and creative. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately it took 45 minutes to get our first drink and place our food order, so our dinner ran longer than the two hours we had planned and we weren’t able to have dessert.

Every aspect of our experience was superb! The food was incredibly well executed with unique and quality ingredients. The service was impeccable, our server gave great recommendations including favorites off menu. We normally don't order dessert but were so glad we did- the Bingsu was light, flavorful and the perfect way to end our meal.

One of the best meals I’ve ever had, and our waitress was great too. Not to mention 10/10 cocktails. Absolutely could not recommend more.

The lobster roll, miso cod and fried rice were excellent. Service was professional, prompt and courses timed well for a relaxing dining experience. We will return.

I have been multiple times and been impressed every time! The service is always impeccable and the food amazing! The wait staff are highly trained and determined that you have a great experience! One of my very favorite restaurants in Portland! I highly recommend for a great evening that satisfies the palate perfectly. Cheers!

I had high expectations for this place but the food was surprisingly lower quality then I expected… I prices didn’t matter to me because I thought the food was going to be top quality but after trying two different sushi rolls , caviar/truffle pasta I was very disappointed. The pasta tasted like a $10 regular pasta that was $128 because they added caviar& truffles to it. Out of everything we got the ribeye was anct pretty good . Over all the experience was nice but I wouldn’t waste my money on the food again.
