   Waitress disappeared as far as checking back on drinks. Empty glass for almost half meal. Great food and great ambiance. Definitely a busy place especially for a Tuesday... shows how good the food is. Nice people work here... perhaps understaffed if unable to check back on tables.

   We have eaten at Jade Palace many times and have brought several of our friends there. Everyone has loved the quality and taste of the food. The service continues to be superb!

   As always the food is plentiful and freshly prepared and served with perfection. From the moment we entered , we’re greeted by Maddie the Hostess who was bright, smiling and professional with her mannerisms and confirmed our Reservations and ensured all of our Special Requests were honored and she came by the table a few times to check in with us. This type of hospitality is rare and Maddie sets the tone and the bar high for the entire staff who all exceed it! We highly recommend you check out this restaurant and get delicious food with exceptional hospitality!

   It's been a few years since we had visited Jade Palace. And we were ecstatically pleased. We had a reservation through open table and were ready to be seated in about 2 minutes, even though the restaurant was packed. Service was professional and attentive. And the food was fantastic! We started with vegetable egg rolls, and went on to our entrées. If you like vegetable dishes, I highly recommend the spicy eggplant. I added broccoli. My husband Mark had teriyaki chicken, which isn't listed on the menu, and it didn't disappoint. We will be back again, very soon! A+++++
