Waitress could have suggested different sides for the main and it was our first time. When we had ordered sweet potato fries and garlic parm fries for starters. We ended up with lots of fries at the end. Also the starters we thought had a special dip but just ketchup up. She should leave a copy of the receipt for the customer. She showed the bill and after we paid, she took the bill and left. Looks like fresh bread is not served unless purchased as a starter (unlike some other restaurants like The keg, Red lobster etc). We had mentioned on the online reservation that it is for a birthday of family member but no one at the restaurant asked or wished. We had signed up for the email and it said trio dip free starter on the way via email and we received no email. Food was good. But for celebrating a special occasion, I will pick another.

Usually this place is great but tonight was terrible! Very slow service. Our food arrived cold. The burger was dry and fries underwhelming. Definitely taking this place off my regular roster

Service was good as well as the food. Was charged a full add chicken charge when I asked to sub it for tofu however. I would have thought it wouldn’t have been a full $12 extra. Didn’t feel the value due to this and would think twice about retuning. Was our first time there.

Terrific service!!!! Food was very good (fish tacos) and I had a couple of my friends brussel sprouts and they were amazing. I forgot our servers name which I regret because she we very professional and FUN ( Her sister is from Montreal and is a sommelier). We frequently visit and every time we enjoy the food and the service. Thank you.

The meal was excellent from soup to dessert. The service was excellent - Cam our waiter was attentive and everything you hope for in a waiter. Everything was very good until coffee. Couldn’t do Irish coffee because they were out of Jamieson Irish whiskey and when they brought me my Spanish coffee it was not hot and there was no whipped cream. When I was half done the coffee they brought a small dish of whipped cream with my dessert to go with the coffee.

All of my experiences at the 'Landing' restaurants have been fantastic and Jackson's Landing was no exception. The service is always great and the food is super yummy. Their orange scones are outstanding!
