   Food was sub par but the service was outstanding. Caesar salad had mint and dill which was not expected. Cost of the meal was not worth it. Very disappointing.

   Booked a table for my husband's 39th birthday and had high expectations on the food from all the great reviews we read - and they di not disappoint. As expected, parking is tight but we were able to grab street parking just a couple of blocks down and had a wait about 10 minutes for our table to be ready. We were seated upstairs, and they had coat service which was very nice. Our server was great and we started with the French onion soup and boule bread - both were amazing! Then we both had the award-winning steak with their mac and cheese - which again, were delicious. And finally for dessert, my husband ordered the chocolate chip cookie. Although it was delicious, I was disappointed because I had specifically stated in my reservation that it was my husband's birthday and requested a candle on the dessert, but our server was unaware of the occasion. So we held off on eating the cookie until he was able to come over for me to request it. I thought he would bring the candle and put it on the cookie, so we held off on eating it while we waited a few more minutes. But he ended up coming with a separate plate of whipped cream and a chocolate happy birthday sign and candle. So by the time we got to enjoy the cookie, it wasn't as warm which was a bit disappointing. All in all, great food and we would be back to try more dishes, but just stinks that there was a bit of a hiccup when it came to his little birthday celebration.

   Wonderful food. The aged fish is particularly outstanding. The age steak is also excellent. We enjoyed the brussels sprouts side dish. Highly recommend the French bread and the oysters Rockefeller for appetizer. We did not try their desserts as we all were thoroughly enjoying the other aspects of the meal. Service was very attentive. Unless you like crispy, french fries onions, be sure to ask for the wedge salad without it.

   Our evening at Jack's was perfect, from the service, the libations, the food, to the ambience. Best steak we've ever had. It was clear that the entire team put a great deal of care into all facets of the dining experience.

   Absolutely great night on valentines which is a crazy night to go out. Did not disappoint . Smokey Old fashion and blueberry margaritas cocktails were so tasting. Crab cake starter was the best I have ever had. And steaks finished perfectly. And we are picky with warm medium center and juicy. lol. And Our server Shawn was so delightful and funny. WE WILL BE BACK

   Great time celebrating Valentine’s Day. Our server, Chris, was outstanding and really made the experience great. Nice to know there are people who still have integrity.
