   J and S was amazing! Staff was wonderful from the minute we walked in to the second we walked out. The bar staff and wait staff was knowledgeable and friendly and offered suggestions for food and specialty drinks. The Lobster Rigatoni and the shrimp carbonara was delicious and the lemon bundtini hit the spot for dessert!! The girl singing for live entertainment sang all my favorite songs from The Cranberries to Stevie Knicks to 90s country favorites!! We will definitely be back!!    This chef was spot on! Extremely satisfied with the food. Absolutely delicious! Our server was top notch and very personable to make everything that much better. Would recommend this place over and over.

   Have eaten at J&S a number of times and have looked forward to coming back in the past. Saturday was not their best night. Perhaps short staffed? Table of 4, and we all had pasta dished. Hour and a half to get our entrees, and I didn't want to finish it. Will try them again and hope to get back to the previous form.

   Pros: the Alfredo sauce here is amazing. I’m not sure what kind of magic they put in it to make it taste so delicious, but it is magical. We were able to get a reservation a month out. The hostess at the door was so kind and even offered to take our picture with the balloon arch. Payton’s kiss, a cute pink beverage they offered, was very tasty and strong. Cons: I know these are circumstantial cons, but since we were seated along the wall (which I like) next to a big, rowdy table of Gen-Xer’s (I love gen-x but they were so drunk), we got overlooked. This sounds so petty, but we had to ask for bread (our reservation was for 8:30 so we came hungry). Our waitress seemed to pay less attention to us when she heard we weren’t ordering any appetizers, just straight to the entree. The Gen X table next to us had all members of their 8-12 member party banging on the table singing Queen’s “We Will Rock You” and everyone ignored it. This had to be because it was Valentine’s Day, but definitely not what I expected to experience at this usually lovely venue.
