   Great restaurant with lovely staff./service Food was exquisite, fresh and taste very good. Our table was close to main door on a cold day so it was bit chilly but can’t fault anything 5 star and highly recommended

   It was wonderful food and service. And they made my daughter feel special on her birthday with a dessert at the end with a sparkle topper and birthday song. Food amazing amd staff very friendly. Only comment, you can occassionally feel a little draught coming through when sat by the windows, even with the electric fires they place next to the table. Easy fix and don’t sit right next to the window. Apart from that, wonderful

   A shocking exprience. Waited over 15 minutes before I had to flag someone down for serivce, order was taken and then another 15-20 minutes for drinks to arrive, drinks just sitting on the bar. No bread / drinks and really loud. Mains finally came and they were cold (assume, like the drinks, food just sitting there). Terrible attitude from the female waitresses who clearly did not want to serve me to that just walked by ignoring and when the food had to go back to the kitchen, the female waitres grabbed the food and stormed off. The only positive thing I can say is that the lady who took you to your table was absolutely lovely and to be fair, she did try to rectify the situation but I just wanted to leave and did. This place was recommended to me but I would never go back there nor would I recommend to anyone. There are so many other lovely Turish restaurants where you can get proper value for money without the awful attitude.

   Always good food and ambiance. Wonderful staff and excellent service. Would highly recommend this branch. Have been a regular there for a long time

   Food was fabulous, service was terrible. They got things wrong or forgot items. It’s very loud in there, so if you’re going for great conversation, you’d be disappointed. The one most annoying element was the birthday music which is played every time someone has a birthday. It’s so loud, you can’t hear yourself think, and last night must have been a record year for birthdays. We actually came out with a headache. I’m all for celebrating birthdays and singing happy birthday, but playing banging birthday music to the whole restaurant, every 20 mins, was a bit much.

   * Noise has been rated energetic only because there is no actual way to properly rate it. If there was it would be have been 1 or less. * Table was directly under a loudspeaker which meant ridiculously loud and unbearable music, having to shout at friends and to each other to be heard but actually could barely hear each other. Made worse when the Happy Birthday music played even louder. * Asked for manager who took a while to come and asked to move table which he said he would and then didn't move us or bother coming back - so had to put up with very loud music making the evening very unpleasant. * Very poor waiting staff, non attentive, uninterested , unfriendly and didn't check on us. Manager was the same... * No one was interested when we brought up how disappointing the experience was or that we had issues. Food - had to ask 3 times to different waiting staff for our main courses which, by the time they came were to late to eat. Starters were nice.

    We have dined at Izgara Hatch End a few times and always enjoyed our times previously but were so disappointed with this visit yesterday night, we won't be back. The waiter certainly wasn't interested in helping us, never smiled, never checked on us, wouldn't ask how our meals were or if we needed anything. I left the restaurant parched in need of water. Our waiter was quite frankly the worst server I have had in over a decade. I also asked if the music could be turned down as it was very very loud and not in the least appealing. It was not turned down and needless to say, our waiter really wasn't interested.
