   It’s hard to find because there’s not a big sign in front of the place so I was about to leave until I saw a guy walking down the street and I asked him where it was and he said to use the silver door to enter…I forgot it is like a speakeasy place. Thank goodness I didn’t leave when I couldn’t find it because it was sooooo charming with a very cool , hip vibe and great ambiance. Even the bathrooms were cool! The food was so reasonably priced and fabulous flavors. DEFINITELY WORTH TRYING!

   I always take other reviewers info with a grain of salt: are they REAL foodies, do they dine often, are the in a rush, are they chronic complainers, etc. So I ignore the negatives and focus on the positives and go anyway. And then once we go and discover this AMAZING pace called Italica, I contemplate wether or not I want to write a review because we have found a GEM and don't want to share it with too many people, maybe we should keep a great place for oursleves...but alas, this place is TOO GOOD not to tell you about it. In a nutshell: amazing ambiance, actually its super cool! Staff: awesome and knowledgeable and so friendly and attentive! Craft cocktails are yummy but they do the "usuals" well too, and have a nice wine selection! Food: very very very good! I am legitimately Italian, so it is authentic and offers a nice variety of pastas, proteins and salads and the appetizers are delicious. Parking was easy, finding it was easy, having a leisurely and truly enjoyable dinner was easy as this place has it all. The decor and ambiance is VERY cool, take the time to look around (and yeah, even check out the commode!) Italica caters to real foodies who have a lust for life and time to relax, enjoy the company they're with and savor a dining delight.

   Great Bar, Great food, definitely a "Hot Spot" we will be returning to. Very loud though, really nothing they can do about it. If you're looking for a quiet conversation you'll have to go outside.

   Love this tiny but very cool place. Love to see this in downtown Indio! Wish there was room for a piano.

   The place has great ambiance. The owner Roman was very friendly and accommodating. Evan our bartender was amazing. The food was good. Definitely a must go.

    Our waitress was super friendly very apologetic but we were so excited to try this place for our very rare date night. Our reservation was at 615 our food was given to another table we didn’t get to eat until 830 when anyone noticed we didn’t get our food. Who ever was in charge came up and said they would give us another round of drinks on the house we had already had three each from waiting. We declined the extra round because we were already so full from the three rounds we ordered from waiting for two hours for our food and they still brought out another round and our food finally came out at 8:30 PM. By that time we were already full of liquid that we didn’t really enjoy our food we were a little annoyed that after we declined the free round they wouldn’t just comp one of the rounds we had already had. They comped the round that we declined and didn’t finish because we were so full of liquid and they gave us cannolis after that but like I said, we were so full of liquid that we couldn’t enjoy the entrée or the dessert very disappointed for it being our first experience at the restaurant we had already seen at least three parties come and go from each table around us. That’s how long we had been there.
