   Great Middle Eastern food. The restaurant is BYOB. Meal starts with a complimentary bowl of green olives and Turkish flat bread. Appetizer portions are large enough for 3-4 people. My wife and I opted for the Smoked Eggplant Salad this time. It was fresh and delicious. For entrees she ordered the Lamb Chops and I ordered the Adana Kabob which is ground lamb mixed with spices and grilled on skewers. Most of the dishes are accompanied with rice pilaf, a salad, grilled tomato and a grilled hot pepper (very hot). They are accompanied by two dipping sauces. One is a mild sauce, similar to a tzatziki sauce, and the other is a red hot sauce. The entrees were delicious, the portions were large, and the meat was perfectly grilled.

   Istanbul Bay Premium never disappoints. With its outstanding food (quality, variety), an exceptional service, and a pleasant ambiance, it has quickly become one of our favorites in New Jersey.

   Always great experience - food is delicious - the hummus is amazing! The sautéed shrimp Is so tasty and yet, not too heavy!

    Istanbul Bay is our go to for Turkish cuisine. Always a great meal. Our hostess Erisa is always so helpful and pleasant. Always happy and upbeat. Mert our waiter simply the best. The service at IB is the best. Ambiance delightful. Food amazing. A dining experience we always look forward to.... Give it try. You won't be disappointed.
