   There was a long wait between the starter and main course. The starter was very tasty but my main course was oily, over cooked and it seemed like it had been sitting around on a hot plate. Very disappointing.

   The waiter Giovanni was very very respectful and made our time there very pleasant. I would recommend as the place had a very nice seating outside with heaters if too cold.

   The service was disappointing. The restaurant was uncomfortably cold—I had to keep my coat on while eating. It took five requests just to get water, and we had to ask to place our order. Several dishes were forgotten and only arrived when we were nearly finished with our mains.

   Thursday night, 8 of us and very nice chilled and calm atmosphere. Food was great and we all enjoyed our meals. Overall very nice experience.

   Food was not good, felt like fast food, not tasty at all. It’s a shame how different is from Selfridges. San Carlo inside Selfridges is 100% better. We had special birthday booking and it wasn’t as we expected. Not happy with food at all.
