    VERY LONG WAITS HERE FOR EVERYTHING!!! Also the lobster was very overcooked - for that price point, it shouldn’t be burned.

    Do not waste your time going to Isla Blue for dinner. We had a reservation for 7:15 and we were not seated until 8:30, ridiculous. This restaurant is not organized at all and the hostess left the stand for 30 minute increments. Several in individuals who were seated got up to complain at the manager for poor service and food quality. Once we were seated, orders from other tables were being delivered to us. The portion sizes are tiny for $40+. Terrible service and experience, our family walked out befor being served our dinners at 9:15pm. Hotel poolside restaurants are even better.

    The setting is amazing but the service was awful, food is average at best. We waited for over an hour and a half to get our food after asking a few times. Once the food arrived it was cold and the order was incomplete.

    The quality of food did not match the cost. We ordered the tiger prawns and they had the consistency of mashed potatoes. My husband got the fried snapper and it was very average. Drinks were also very average. The Bonita roll was very good but unfortunately will not go back. Beautiful atmosphere though.
