As good as it gets with the service and atmosphere, a bit disappointed in the food, fish was a bit over cooked. What a view, our server was great, the food arrived on time just wasn't in love with the food we got but not terrible by any means. Had eaten here a few times 10-12 years ago, and the food was prepared better back then, this restaurant has a such a great feel to it.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this gem of a restaurant. Nadine (manager) made this one of the most memorable, and special birthdays I’ve ever had. In fact, the entire staff that we encountered were a delight. Now for the food. Every dish was amazing. Our first dinner was on Monday. We loved it so much that we canceled a reservation at a different restaurant, and booked dinner for Wednesday evening. Again, the food and service were excellent. Isla Blue will most definitely be our new favorite restaurant when we visit St. Thomas. Thanks again to Nadine and Moy. Y’all are awesome!!

This restaurant is absolutely gorgeous! We sat on the side where we could hear the waves and look at the ocean. Our server did an excellent job. The wine and cocktails were very good. Our appetizer was delicious. However, we were very disappointed with the mahi and the prawns. Not much taste to either one of those.

We loved our dinner as Isla Blue! Our server was very attentive and the food was absolutely delicious. The Manchego Relleno Pollo was outstanding, and all of the dishes had unique, delicious flavors.
