Das Restaurant hatte seit ca. 14 Tagen geschlossen. Leider ist man (trotz Terminbestätigung) darüber erst vor Ort informiert worden.

Erfahrung wurde leider etwas getrübt: Hintergrundmusik mit Werbespots war irritierend, in diesem Haus würde ich erwarten, dass man doch noch die paar Euro für einen werbefreien Streamingdienst hat. Ambiente erinnert etwas an eine Bar, die Tische waren aus meiner Sicht zu niedrig für ein Dinner. Getränkekarte gibt es nicht, nur Weinkarte auf zwei Seiten, als Autofahrer bleibt man beim Mineralwasser..Das Menü hat es dann in Summe auch nicht wett gemacht- insgesamt OK aber auch nicht mehr, mir fehlte das „Besondere“, Miso-Suppe isst man in Japan traditionell am Anfang nicht im 4. Gang. Nächstes Mal bestelle ich von vornherein direkt nur Sushi - mit anderen Erwartungen

Obwohl wir Reserviert hatten und auch von Open Table einen Reminder am Tag zuvor erhalten hatten war das Restaurant geschlossen, ein Witz das Ganze. Nie wieder dahin

Leider nur kalte Küche wegen Umbaus. Gutschein konnte nicht verbucht werden. Servicepersonal nur bedingt aufmerksam obwohl die Auslastung gering war.

Excellentes essen ging an diesem Abend mit wenig verfügbaren Service einher. Nur einer der 3 Herren war sichtbar und die junge Dame durfte iffenbar nur wenig

Absolutely terrible service. Place was 2/3 full, Staff ignored our table. When they did come to the table they were rude. They forgot our order. When we wanted to order more they simply said “kitchen is closed”. Any other restaurant would have come by to give a head up before the kitchen was closing to see if there was anything else we wanted. This is a restaurant inside a Ritz Carlton, not some dive spot.

Leider waren die Erwartungen zu hoch, nicht vergleichbar mit Hamburg. Service war leider nicht so gut und das Sushi trocken.
