   This was by far the WORST restaurant experience I’ve ever had in my near 40 years of life. I’m not exaggerating. This place should be closed down. We had a reservation and got seated promptly but it took us 50 minutes to get an appetizer pretzel. We had a babysitter so we had to leave after 2 hours and our server couldn’t guarantee that the entrees we put in would be ready in time so we had to leave. Every table was angry and waiting for food. The level of incompetence by management was insane. I felt bad for all the servers. AVOID this restaurant like the plague!!

   We have been here many times and haven’t had any problems till this time. Was seated on time. Our server was great. We ordered drinks , appetizers and our dinner all at the same time. Our drinks and appetizers came out in a timely mater. We waited almost 1 hr for our dinner to be served. There were people sitting at the bar who came in after us who got their food and finished before we got ours. Our server kept coming to apologize about the wait. When we asked for a manager she came over and when we told her we been waiting almost a hr she didn’t seem to really care. She basically threw her server under the bus by saying maybe the server forgot to put our order in which wasn’t true. She was just making excuses when we asked why people at the bar had gotten their food first. Her response was well they only get appetizers which wasn’t true. People had dinners also. They did comp one of our appetizers but was expecting more from a manager than what we saw.

   I’m a long time king of the hill member. We were seated immediately and our server checked with us right away. Our server did a great job. Tried the eggplant & burrata that was very good but part of it was cold. Disappointed with the new menu and our favorites that were taken off. Will not be dining here as often until the menu improves.

   What happened to the menu? So many delicious items are gone. I’m not sure this is going to be our #1 go to any more.

   Enjoyable dinner with a recently revamped menu. Good options for a wide variety of tastes. I do miss the Jaegerschnitzel though.

   The food was great, and our server Ashley was very nice and continually checked up on us and provided updates on the status of the food!

   While I understand that restaurants can face unexpected challenges, proper reservation management is fundamental to the dining experience. Until Iron Hill addresses these issues, I would caution diners to allow substantial buffer time or consider other establishments that better respect their customers' time.     Fantastic service- the manager and staff were attentive and the food was delicious (focaccia, Brussels sprouts, crab cakes, and chicken sandwich). Will return!
