   The people could not have been lovelier...most of the appetizers were great except the nachos. For brunch the salads, red velvet pancake and chicken and waffles were a hit. The biscuits and gravy were just so so...the worst part of the meal was the timing...it took forever to get the entrees and when they finally arrived, two people's came, then five minutes later, five of us were served, then five minutes later the last entree was served...

   Half our table’s food came out first and then we waited another 10 mins for the rest. We ordered a 2nd round and didn’t receive until we were done w food and then until our server said “I asked someone to bring them. I should’ve done it myself”.

   Food was great - always know what to expect from a quality perspective and it has been consistent from location to location. Diverse dish options to satisfy my mood for any given meal and the brunch menu is quite extensive (this particular meal happened to be during Saturday brunch). Service was absolutely stellar - server was friendly, engaging and attentive to my party's needs, checking in with us frequently enough to make sure we didn't need anything and pre-emptively refilling water and other beverages so we were never without through the meal.

   Iron Hill serves good food and beer at reasonable prices. They offer numerous promotional programs for their customers, especially King of the Hill members. Three of four members of our dining party ordered the same entree. We were disappointed in the lack of toppings on our “31 Days, 31 Burgers” selection. We had to ask our server about this. Someone kindly brought a small sample of topping for the three of us to share.

    We were waiting for our party to all arrive and the waitress must’ve come to the table like five times within 15 minutes and she could clearly see that the rest of our party was not there. Then our orders were messed up brought to another table and then our checks had different things on it or something that wasn’t supposed to be on it And being a KOH member I have never experienced this and I am there monthly
