Seems to have gone down in all areas. Ordered steak medium rare - it came medium. Chicken was supposed to come with coconut rice - came with kidney beans and broccoli rabe. Pleasant waiter but service was very slow. There was only one other group of four.

I was delighted to discover this charming nook of a restaurant. We were a bit early for the switch from brunch to dinner but were promptly and courteously seated at a comfortable table. Shared the burrata appetizer in addition to the roasted peppers with tahini amongst the four of us. The fusilli with mushroom ragout with excellent and the burger was appealing as well. Gracious and prompt service with a pleasant demeanor. I’ll make it a point to return.

Great find! We were supposed to eat at a pizza place down the road. But they ran out of pizza dough...! We found Iris Cafe on Open Table, and what a great find!

Unfortunately, the menu was nothing like the one on their website. The food was not inspired and most of the dishes tasted bland. I like this restaurant for their breakfast but would surely not come back for dinner. Pretty disappointing.

We waited 15 minutes for them to take a drink order. We had to signal to the staff or go up to the bar to ask them to bring the next course. They were very nice, but clearly understaffed and overwhelmed.

Disappointing. I had been here before for breakfast and greatly enjoyed so decided to try for dinner. The menu is very, very, very limited. Nothing like you will find online on their own webpage. Ended up having only an appetizer and had dinner elsewhere. The appetizer was OK but the service poor. Took a while to even get water after being seated. Not worth it.

I had friends visiting from Istanbul and we celebrated the reunion with a brunch :) It was a great place to catch up and enjoy creative, fresh and high quality food!

Small, very laid back, neighborhood restaurant; modest sized yet varied menu that was very well executed. Went for late breakfast/early lunch (11:30am) on a Monday so this small place was only half full and very quiet. Woman nursing baby at one table quiet! :) Service was excellent, timely yet not rushed. Loved the food. We both went for the Biscuit and Chilaquiles, Outstanding. Large Biscuit was crispy outside, nicely textured within accompanied by very good butter and jam. Chilaquiles hard to describe, but an excellent not too hot sauce with cheese, poached egg and, of course Avocado. Lots of avocado in various ways on the menu, this being Brooklyn and avocado is still a big thing. And excellent coffee too. Highly recommend.

Little gem off the beaten track. We had a nice Sunday morning breakfast. Not the usual boring stuff. Everything delicious. Good service. Definitely worth the detour.
