   Good place for a nice brunch experience although our food took some time to be served. Also was difficult to get attention from front house staff. One of our items was missed during order, but they brought it out free of charge which was a good initiative.

   An inviting, light-filled space with incredible coffee and delicious brunch options. Visited for the first time to catch up with friends midweek and enjoyed our food, drinks and the team’s service. Beans selection is equally impressive; I received a great recommendation to take home. Would definitely come back again!

   I have been only for coffee before, but this time we went for brunch. The staff are lovely, and the vibe of the restaurant was great. Coffee and chai were beautiful, very well crafted. However, the food wasn't great to be honest - we had 2 muffins with eggs, a lentil salad, toast with sides and a breakfast roll, as well as a banana bread for dessert. The muffins were a bit soggy and weren't overly fresh, the eggs were a bit underdone. The breakfast roll had a bit too much sauce, and the bun again didn't taste very fresh. The toast (gluten free) was very poor, and the tomato side dish were just raw cherry tomatoes. Unfortunately, we won't be returning.

   This Fitzroy classic serves phenomenal coffee roasted in the adjacent roastery - on display through the huge panel windows - and beautifully prepared meals on a varied and creative menu. The staff are just delightful - welcoming, attentive, friendly and highly professional. The ambience on the weekend is the happy buzz of a room full of people who are where they want to be.
