Imad Alarnab was a successful restaurateur in Damascus with three restaurants, plus several juice bars and cafes. In the war, Imad's restaurants were destroyed and he was forced to flee the country in search of safety for his family. Making his way from Lebanon through Europe, Imad shared his skills cooking for other refugees, up to 400 at a time, and found even in the most challenging times, his passion for food and bringing people together to celebrate life was strong.

    Second visit here & it was just as good as the first. Fantastic food & service. Can highly recommend the garlic pita & roasted cauliflower though yet to have a bad dish! Friendly service & the food comes really quickly.

    A Lovely central location with a nice relaxed summer vibe with bar style seating by the windows. larger tables in the middle of the room and bench seating around the edge for smaller tables of two. Service polite and quick and superb food especially the veggie mezzo dishes. My husband ordered the lamb with basmati rice - beautiful fluffy rice but the lamb was very finely shredded and so lacked texture and also flavour . Don’t let that out you off though as the other dishes were stunning !
