   This was our first time here, and we had a great meal - drinks, entrees, and dessert. Really enjoyed the pork chop!

   Usually Pellicano is a great restaurant but our Valentine experience was not good . The food and wine prices were inflated. And, my wife ordered scallops and risotto and received 2 scallops which was ridiculous. I felt like I was cheated and may not return which is heartbreaking since it’s one of our more favorite restaurants in Fairfield.

   Made reservations but had to wait over 50 min and they didn’t even offer to buy us a drink. The waiter didn’t speak English and we couldn’t understand anything he said. The food was good not knock your socks off. I don’t think I’ll go back

   We are sorry you didn’t have a wonderful experience with us but with all due respect as our records show you waited 20 minutes for your table on a very busy Saturday night at a popular restaurant here in Fairfield. This normally does not occur. As for your server, this is an Italian restaurant and we are lucky enough to have an Italian server. However, he may an authentic accent but he speaks fluent English just like all of our servers. All of our waitstaff has been with us since the beginning of opening Il Pellicano which is now 2 and a half years. We have never once had a complaint about anyone not understanding our waitstaff. You are the first. With that said, I do apologize for any inconveniences you experienced during your time with us!

   It’s a good place but they gave our table away, which was super annoying. We were on time. Early, actually.

    Sat at bar for our meal Fallon, the bartender was so pleasant and fun. Drinks and meal were fantastic!
