La comida de todos estaba fría. El café tibio y aunque lo mandamos cambiar la temperatura nunca estuvo caliente. Los hot cakes estaban crudos de enmedio. En fin no fue una buena experiencia en cuanto a los alimentos. La vista increíble. La temperatura del lugar agradable, la música bien. Tal vez volvería Pero solo al bar a tomar alguna bebida a comer definitivamente rotundo NO. No vale lo que se paga.....ojalá pudieran mejorar

Tuvimos la mañana suerte que ese día no servía la calefacción y estaba haciendo mucjo frío por lo que la comida, nosotros y todo nos enfriamos muy rápido. También se me hizo muy caro el valor de las bebidas preparadas.

La experiencia fue tan mala por el otro comensal que estaba en el establecimiento que nos tuvimos que retirar antes de degustar cualquier platillo o bebida, fue una experiencia tan mala que no me gustaría volver y era mi primera vez en este restaurante por el prestigio que se suponía tenía.

Food is delicious, specially the Chilaca Cream Soup (Loved it)… First time I went everything was great, second time service was poor, abandoned by the waiter, ordered 3 hamburgers and these took a lot of time to arrive (+30 min). Would go again, hopefully my next experience is great again.

El ambiente y el servicio fue espectacular, la comida deliciosa, todo estuvo muy rico y cómodo, definitivamente lo recomiendo y volvería a ir muchas veces!!

Beautiful atmosphere and views of the city. Not a 5 star because: food is ok…. But nothing special. DON’T use their vallet. It’s $120 pesos and with only one guy running for cars could easily be much longer if you’re behind a large group. Just park yourself, plenty of parking underground.

Se debe evaluar este restaurante como lo que es, un restaurante de hotel. Por lo que si no eres huésped la experiencia es de ser un extranjero al ingresar al restaurante. Igualmente, por su propia naturaleza, el menú es limitado, con pocas opciones. En cuanto al servicio, es excelente, muy personalizado debido a que había muy pocos clientes. Lo cual me lleva a la siguiente observación, pues no es un lugar muy concurrido por lo que el ambiente es tremendamente tranquilo, ya será percepción de cada quien si eso es una ventaja o una desventaja.
