The food was delicious and the service outstanding. Pedro, our waiter, was incredible. He took care of everything. The ambiance was nice and quiet. Clearly, a must if you stay at Riomar.

Amazing Puerto Rican Flavors in a Beautiful Setting We dined at Iguanas Cocina Puertorriqueña at the Wyndham Rio Mar Golf Club and had an exceptional experience. The meal began with a sampler of traditional Puerto Rican frituras, including pionono, which gave us a perfect taste of local flavors. For our main courses, we enjoyed the filet mignon, salmon, and churrasco, each served with sides that elevated the dishes. The mamposteado and mofongo de yuca with churrasco were flavorful highlights, bringing a delicious Puerto Rican touch. The wine and Prosecco complemented the meal wonderfully. We made a reservation here for last night because the rest of our trip is Monday- Wednesday, which is when they are closed. We walked from the Margaritaville Resort, but they also offer a shuttle. The ambiance was incredible, and we got some amazing photos of the landscape. They brought us over champagne for free as it is our honeymoon, but neither of us drink, so we just asked for nonalcoholic drinks. The food was good, I just wish they served entrees with a side. I’d go back! Very friendly people.
