The famous Puerto Rican cuisine restaurant reopened fully renovated. Iguanas Cocina Puertorriqueña, now features an open-view demonstration kitchen and seating for up to 104 guests. Overlooking the El Yunque National Forest and the River Course, is a family-friendly venue, known for its authentic Puerto Rican cuisine favorites and spectacular scenery. Located on the Rio Mar Clubhouse’s second floor. This new restaurant offers handcrafted cocktails, artisanal beers and light bites at Iguanas Bar. The mind behind this well known restaurant, Chef Jorge Cátala with over 15 years of experience makes sure to bring the highest quality products, including fresh lobsters & fish from local fisherman’s.
