Hy's Calgary is a modern rendition of the classic steakhouse tradition. Pride of place is held by the circular, glass enclosed grill room, producing perfect charcoal grilled Canadian Prime Grade steaks. The horseshoe shaped bar is surrounded by lounge and dining spaces that are both spacious and intimate. The menu features classic and newly imagined recipes, but Hy's favourites, like the famous Caesar salad and Steak Diane, are still prepared tableside. The extensive wine list, and delicious, hand crafted cocktails, promise something for every taste.     An absolutely exceptional night from the moment we arrived. We were seated in our favorite booth and Evandro was incredible. A special thank you do Dino also for always going above and beyond 🙏🏼

    Dino delivered another wonderful celebration dinner. The ambience and live music were the best in Calgary on this Friday night and the personal service and meal preparation (and delivery, always timely and piping hot) were perfect. Thanks to the team.

    I enjoyed the great ambiance and professional table service at this restaurant. However, the waiter's extensive list of off-menu options was a bit overwhelming. I appreciate the effort to enhance the dining experience but preferred sticking to the menu. Overall, it's a nice place!

    We had an awesome experience. One of our guests were disappointed with their entree as was too salty. Aside from that, dinner was delicious

    Took nearly 20 mins before had to ask someone to get a waiter for water and a drink. Drink order was messed up. But food and rest of meal was great.
