   Our server was very helpful, as I have food allergies and they were out of the entree that met all of my requirements. She talked to the chef and we arranged to make substitutions on the salmon entree- to get no sauces, and quinoa for the polenta. My husband ordered the chicken and it arrived and looked and tasted very good. Mine arrived and the substitutions had not been done. We sent it back and our server said they brought the dish to the wrong table and apologized. My entree arrived as my husband was finishing his meal. The substitutions had been made, but it looked like beets had been mashed and mixed with the quinoa. It wasn’t an appetizing look! The salmon was good and the veggies were fine, except for the beet puree or whatever that was mixed into the quinoa. I understand that it was a busy New Year’s Eve, but we chose Hudson’s because of their menu which clearly marked gf offerings. Our server was great, and my husband’s meal was too, but mine- not so much. We will most likely not be going back.

   One of the wait persons ever! Gail was fantastic and made everything twice as good. Our meal was perfect, tasty, and not ordinary in any way. Once, again they scored a 10.

   We have i’m coming to Hudson’s since it opened and we always had wonderful experiences and excellent food. Today was special. My wife’s birthday is actually tomorrow. She turns 75 but we got together today with our best friend It was perfect food and atmosphere our server was Kale. was She was awesome and personable. Kudos to the chef, our meals were great and especially kudos to Kale who went over and above writing happy 75th in caramel icing on a plate and putting a candle in a little cream dollop. The chocolate cake and cookie was great. We will definitely come back.

   This is the second time we've had brunch here and the food putting and flavors was just as good. Service was a bit slow with checking in with us, but overall we enjoyed it

   We were celebrating 3 family birthdays, and we had all driven hours to meet at Hudson’s Bar and Grill. Our server immediately joined in our festivity and literally made our experience extra beautiful and full of fun. The food was delicious, and we plan to meet at Hudson’s many times in the future.    Hudson's has very good food (but skip the Caesar Salad, it tastes a bit dry), at fairly reasonable prices. Our service was excellent (attentive, informed, and engaging). Primary downside is that, like too many restaurants now, they add a "Credit Charge surcharge" at the time of payment (most often one doesn't find out about this until the card is processed instead of when the bill is presented). Maybe I'm the only one that finds his irksome, but to me a restaurant should properly price it's items to reflect and account for any specific fees they are responsible for. Getting nickle-dimed like that is getting out of hand. Obviously the diner can choose to pay cash. So if the fee doesn't bother you and you want to pay by CC, don't let that issue of a C-Card surcharge prevent you from a nice dining experience.

   We were surprised to have a gratuity added plus a service charge for a 'large group'- we were only 6, also a charge for using a credit card and couldn't charge to our room. Food was excellent. Service very slow but friendly. Restaurant was packed. Waited about 15 minutes after being seated to be greeted by server who took our drink order, drinks took about 20 minutes to arrive. Food was prompt after ordering.

   The order was messed up. Got the wrong appetizer. Another appetizer they forgot. Resulting in my family not eating together. When I ate some food was cold.

   Beautiful atmosphere, amazing food, and attentive, on spot service. We celebrated family of 11 Christmas. Going to make it a tradition.
