   The staff were all delightful and couldn’t be anymore helpful. Lovely ambiance and I enjoyed the food. It wasn’t clear that they don’t serve food at the Lounge. We were lucky to get a cancellation for Roof Garden that was beautifully decorated and food served in small plates were lovely.

   Lovely festive bar setting - the decor was amazing and really got you into the Christmas spirit. We didn’t get food as we had already eaten but the menu looked nice. The cocktail selection was fab and really nicely presented and tasted great. We weren’t rushed out and all staff were so polite and friendly. Really nice atmosphere and the hotel in general was stunning. Will definitely make another visit!

   Didn’t have food but cocktails took over 40 minutes to be made and was mixed up with the table next to us when they did arrive.

   We were sitting and drinking in the lobby (1st floor). We kindly asked that we wanted to see the Christmas decorations on the rooftop for just 2 minutes. The front desk employee was rude to us and said we couldn't see them. He said the rooftop area was reserved. We knew that. We hadn't been able to find a reservation for a month. After leaving the restroom, we went upstairs to see the decorations and the rooftop and the rooftop was almost empty. The employee on the rooftop was happy to let us take photos for 2 minutes. The gentleman working on the first floor was rude.

   Cameron was gave honestly the best service we have ever recieved! Loved the vibe of the place and music was unreal. Will defo be back as service is outstanding a prices are very reasonable. Don’t have a bad thing to say about it. Went to the Ivy for cocktails before moving onto here and wish we just came here first instead as cocktails are cheaper and 10 times nicer. All very well thought out and menus are class. Cameron was top server, super down to earth and had great recommendations. Would recommend this place to anyone visiting Glasgow

   We didn't have food just Cocktails which were beautifully presented and very tasty. I've never met a public service like it where everyone of the staff were very friendly very cheery and very helpful. Nicest bunch of staff in the one place I've ever met. I would go back just for the experience of the staff and the beautiful inventive Cocktails. There were 9 of us and we all felt the same about the staff. My only disappointment is not being able to get to the rooftop for a wee gander. Maybe someday. Linda Adams

   Just was at cocktail area -the cocktails were amazing! Service excellent waitress was lovely and so helpful! Decor is very plush and rich looking! Definitely would go again !

   Our table was booked through this app until 12:45, we were given our bill at 11:45 with the bouncer shouting at us to “drink up and get out”. If you shut earlier than the app allows for bookings, please sort this. Table service was poor, waiting around 30mins for a drink which resulted in us going up to the bar. Really disappointed.
