The Mother’s Day brunch at Hotel Boulderado was fantastic. The carving station and seafood stood out especially. Staff was very friendly.

We have been here twice before for Mother's Day Brunch and it was great! This time definitely not! Service was poor to the point we were refilling our own water. No mashed potatoes or breakfast meats like bacon or sausage. Sides in general poorly prepped. Very disappointed!

Special event buffet for Mothers Day. Food not great. Cost us $100 per person (including drinks). Way over priced for average quality regular brunch buffet.

Highly disappointed. For a $75 buffet, I expect something special. Servers only brought water and drinks you paid for. They should also be serving coffee/tea instead of having customers trying to navigate many rooms, tables, and other people while trying not to spill hot liquids. Slow to clear plates. Did not earn the mandatory 20% service charge. Space was awkward, crowded, and not well organized. Had to walk to several rooms/hallway locations. Food was mediocre, waffles were very tough/chewy. The chocolate fondue was just a pot with semi warm chocolate in it and a small selection of items to dip that were mostly scraps. Food wasn’t being refilled in a timely manner. Hot honey chicken was bland. We were there an hour before the end time and things were shutting down before we finished our entree plate.

Really wonderful Easter Brunch! Everything you could want and all fresh and delicious. Service was fantastic. Our server was very attentive, despite it being a buffet. There was also light jazz playing and an Easter Bunny walking around. The hotel is beautiful too.

There was a lot of food choices but most of the hot food was cold at least the potatoes, short ribs, crab cakes, biscuits and gravy, sausage, bacon. Was set up nice and the buffet was well stocked but at that price point the food should be hot. There was a guy that appeared to be adjusting the setting and checking the electric warmers but too late.

Easter brunch was a delicious array of quality, well-prepared food from lamb to seafood to more standard fare like ham and chicken. The crab cakes and braised bison short ribs were highlights. Desserts and side dishes are always very good. The Mezzanine level, with its stunning stained glass ceilng and beautiful wooden staircase in the original vintage hotel, makes a beautiful backdrop for any special occasion. We love their Thanksgiving feast, as well. Service is always superb.
