   Had a reservation but still had to wait more than 20 minutes for a table. Service was VERY slow the entire time we were there, and the combination made us late for the concert we had tickets for around the corner. Even asked for the bill when we got our food, we didn’t get until after we had finished eating and then had to wait again before getting cashed out.

   Our service was good, however, the new menu is disappointing, they removed items our family liked, Southwest salad, BLT. Also, miss the round pretzel nugs.

   Vinny was a great server and we enjoyed our meal before heading downtown. Vinny also saved the day by chasing us down to give us our forgotten car key fob before we got out of sight, thanks again!

   This was our first time for Bruch at HopCat. The food was great and the service top notch. We went at 10 am because we had a busy day. It wasn’t crowded so the wait staff was there for us often. Highly recommend

   Cocktails were ok, but not very fresh. We ordered drinks and a shared appetizer platter. The platter was missing a couple items that were listed on the menu, which was brought to our waiters attention but never received. Not a horrible experience, but room for improvement.

   The food was good and reasonably priced. The service was a little slow, but I think that’s part of the restaurant’s design to have people drink more alcohol.
