We ate here early on during our stay in Maui and we liked it so much we went back a second time in order to celebrate my birthday. Everyone from our server, Justin, to Pam, the manager to the hostess and wait staff were wonderful! They treated me to a delicious dessert as a birthday gift. We were happy to be able to support a newly reopened restaurant in Lahaina!

We didn't know what to expect as many restaurants in this area are touristy. However, we entered and were pleased with the white surroundings, clean lines and nice furniture. The view of the ocean is outstanding, especially if you are in the bottom section. The owner Justin took us to our table, which was right near the ocean. The service from Meaghan was excellent---courteous and professional. Dinner was very good, tasty and well-presented. Dessert was butterscotch pot-au-feu which was a nice end to our great meal. The menu was not too big, but some excellent choices, and many gluten free. A nice relaxing evening and we would definitely go back.

It was embarrassing when the hostess could not find our reservation and ‘politely suggested’ maybe we were at the wrong place (we weren’t, she was looking in the wrong place). Normally, that kind of attitude would make me turn and leave…but we were starving and so glad we stayed….everything else was amazing!! The food was delicious, our server polite and efficient, the ambiance outstanding.

It was a beautiful place for sure. My husband bought me here for my birthday. I saw a lot of people get a dessert ( birthday ) but they never offered me a dessert 😵‍💫

Arrived an hour plus early and had a couple drinks at the bar. Hostess and bartenders were amazing! Very friendly and helpful. Someone ended up canceling so hostess sat us early. Justin was a great server as were the water attendant’s. Served complimentary sparkling water. Met another Justin, one of the owners, who was very gracious and friendly. Food was fantastic! Great job Honu! We’re going back on Wednesday!
