Listen to the reviews. I didn’t because I thought they were exaggerating,but they were correct. We were a large party. The service was horrendous, I am not sure if they were overwhelmed but we were treated as if we were an inconvenience and they grumbled under their breathe about several of the people in my party loud enough for them to hear. The a la carte food was cold and a lot of the buffet items were mediocre at best. The grits were the best thing on there and they were not refilled the entire time we were there. The manager and the director came over and got us a new server but by that time it was too late. The whole experience left a bad taste. The manager said she was taking care of the bill however as we were leaving the regional said no we were only taking care of 3 entrees. We were all separate so the three meals did not impact the table as a whole, not even a discount was offered to the remaining members of the party. Truly a terrible experience, I was so disappointed and embarrassed that I picked this place for us all the eat together. If you are going to the signia and want breakfast there just go downstairs to the market you’ll have a much better time.

Dreadful service. 45 mins from time we were seated to a waitress taking our drink order. Staff rude. Buffett rarely topped up, so most dishes were empty. Same for bowels/plates. I will never be back. Zero stars.

Restaurant was closed and did not honor reservation - on Mothers Day no less. Apparently restaurant will shut down if occupancy of Hilton hotel (in which it is housed) reaches below a certain level. The problem is that nobody at the restaurant bothers to notify customers with pending reservations of the closure. Manager on duty was entirely flippant about this and told us that it was OpenTable’s problem. Do not go here without verbally confirming reservation.
