   Great experience. The Hall was decorated beautifully, the service was impeccable, the mimosas free flowing, and the food was exceptional. We enjoyed every minute and every last bite!

   We took the family. Everyone had a wonderful time. From beginning to end, every staff member was personable and professional. Expensive, yes. Worth the price of admission, yes :-)

   We had a wonderful time at The Broadmoor for this brunch. Every section had doubles of each station so there was no wait time me for anything we wanted and everything was prepared perfectly. The raw bar alone was worth the cost! This might become our new Christmas tradition.

   We were not at all disappointed by our brunch today. The decor is festive and it's easy to check in and get settled. We weren't hurried along to make room for the next group, and everyone was very nice and welcoming. They also fixed an issue on our bill -- we were charged for 5 people instead of 4. The only thing I'd suggest is coming through with water more often. I was out of water for about 15 minutes. Otherwise, we are happy to continue making this brunch our Christmas tradition.

   We had a magical experience!! The roast beef and banana froster were divine. Each food station was over the top with excellent quality of food and service.

    For those not familiar, the Broadmoor is a lovely hotel and resort in the Colorado Springs area with gorgeous grounds full of trails and within close proximity to the Cheyenne Mountain Zoo. I’d been to upscale functions here and this Christmas Day Brunch was advertised as such so we expected the crowd to be dressed in that vein. We were a bit surprised, however, at just how casual (read: leggings and ripped t shirts) some folks were. Colorado is known for its casual approach to most everything, but this was unusual even by Colorado standards. It’s fine of course, but did take away from the holiday atmosphere a bit. The buffet tables were well stocked and organized, though, and the servers were attentive. Food was good, not fabulous, but I don’t really expect fabulous for this number of people or price point so it was fine. I appreciated the seating process as well, so high marks for organization, but I don’t think we’ll do this again just because we’ve had better $300 experiences for two.
