Hochi Mama was the God Mother of all aspiring street artists and rappers in the early nineties. An immigrant in the big city, she hosted underground art shows along with rap battles for the rejects; a place where you could just be at home, but with family. The whole crew was always welcome, the more the merrier, and she was well renowned for creating innovative dishes using the original famous dishes from her home country, and plenty of booze, in her spacious and homey warehouse.

This cheeky, vibrant and buzzing Vietnamese Fusion venue is one for your to-do list. Boasting a killer menu and a super cool vibe, this place is known for a cocktail, feast or an intimate date night.

Asian fusion served with a smile. Very busy restaurant, bookings highly recommended. Food was delicious and plentiful. We got the feed me deal and it was value for money. Definitely will be coming back.

First experience at Hochi Mama, overall good but having reserved a table it was frustrating having to wait for it to be ready as you just felt in the way. The feed me menu is good but challenging to share some of the dishes if there is more than 2 of you, for example the beef rib and the bao buns. Overall good food which is tasty

We had an outdoor table, which was great as inside is noisy. Delicious food and cocktails, efficient and friendly service. All in all, a great evening out!

Customer service and food is always on point. We had the barramundi salad and duck curry with coconut rice. Both delish. Background music too loud, adds to people raising their voices to be heard - noise level impacts on whether we’ll choose to return, given other options’ availability around the area. It’s highly competitive.
