   By no fault of the wait staff, the restaurant was severely understaffed. Only two very harried wait people for a full restaurant. The lack of adequate staff added over a half hour to our dinner. No check in's from the wait staff after food was delivered. Again, I want to emphasize that the wait staff were doing their best, but they had to cover the bar area and the restaurant. Management needs to be more proactive.

   Awful experience, sat at our table for 75 minutes and didn’t even get drinks (2 glasses of wine). Said they were too busy to serve any drinks including soda, after we had already been waiting an hour. The bar was half empty and most tables were empty… Decided to cut our losses and leave but still had to pay $50. Overall a scam.

   It's a convenient location for the Center of Performing Arts. The menu has really improved and the food was great! I don't know if they were short staffed, but there was only one bartender for the bar and restaurant so that was a bit disappointing. Our server worked her butt off!

   I’ve been going to the Hilton before downtown shows as the location is great. When it re-opened after Covid the service and food has gone downhill and prices have gone way! Pre theater dinners can be crowded from about 5-7:00 and they don’t staff for full tables. It’s a long wait to place an order and long wait for food. Getting the check is tough too. Before Covid the menu had several good salads, perfect for pre theater. The new chief has chosen salads that don’t appeal to me at all. So sad to see the direction it’s gone. Looking for a new spot with better service and menu.

   When we arrived with our reservation for two, e asked if we could combine with another group of 3. The host was very nice and pleasant, and helped seated us in a different table for 5. Great service there! I ordered fish taco and that’s very good. Nice location and relatively good food.

   Great place to grab brunch right across from Hammer theatre. Food and service are also top notch.

   It's a great location with a pretty limited menu. The food was fine and the cocktails were good. I personally didn't like the timing of the meal service. We did not tell them that we were in a hurry, but the service of the food felt rushed, with the cocktails lagging behind. Our salads came out before we got our cocktails. Our entrees were served before I finished my salad, and the cocktails arrived with the entrees. We did not have dessert.

    We arrived late for a birthday dinner for my elderly mother, and Armando and staff could not have been more accommodating and friendly. Truly kind and warm in every little interaction—made my mom feel very tended to and seen, which is not always the case. Armando reminded me about parking validation which I would have completely forgotten. The decor/atmosphere was really cute with the round booths and overhead planters. And our meals were good - both the pasta primavera and fish tacos - and not absurdly expensive. Overall a great option if you’re headed to a show at the convention / performing arts centers right next door.
