Service awful. Staff left us waiting whilst chatting. Turned up on time and was asked wait whilst others were served their starters. No glasses for juices at breakfast or plates for food - had to ask for them. Menu on show no longer available either.

Staff friendly, food very good, good selection on the carvery. As it was lunch with Santa, I think Santa could’ve visited the tables not just sat in a chair. Nevertheless, good value lunch
