Our dining experience showcases the artistry and skill of Executive Chef Tom O'Hara. We partner with local farmers and regional purveyors who share our philosophy to create a menu that showcases our passion for food. Our extended Wine cellar holds approximately 200 varietals. An amazing beer and spirits-menu is available in our Bullskin Tavern with seasonal specialty cocktails created by our mixologist and sommelier, Sarah Rhinehart.

The dress code for dinner is business casual. Coats and ties are welcomed but not mandatory.

Open to the public as well as inn guests.

Lovely experience from start to finish. We have the best table in the restaurant, next to the wood burning fireplace, in the original structure of the inn. The service was outstanding. The food was delicious without being overly seasoned and flavored. The portions were larger than most fine dining restaurants. The locally sourced wine list was a much welcomed surprise. Five out of five, we will definitely be back, and we highly recommend the tasting menu.

This was our first time here and definitely won’t be our last! The food was amazing, the people were warm and friendly. It was beautiful and comfortable from beginning to end. We did the six course meal and I loved every bit of it! The oysters were so good, the extras were delicious- the filet was tender and cooked perfectly. Excellent little spot!!

This was hands down the best experience of food and atmosphere I’ve had. The price was more than worth it and both myself and my girlfriend are coming back for every major event we have. It was the perfect way to celebrate our anniversary!!

The dining experience at Hillbrook continues to be superb in every way. The atmosphere is cozy and very charming, the service is top notch, and the food and drinks are expertly crafted. Our dinner and breakfast were amazing. We were visiting for our anniversary, they made us feel very special. I highly recommend Hillbrook!

Very quaint. We got the tasting menu. It was great. Multiple very creative dishes. Our wait staff was charming. The dining rooms were beautifully decorated for Christmas.

We booked the Dinner and Caroling annd drinks event for 12/13. The caroling was fabulous, along with some sing along! Unfortunately, the food was awful. The onion soup was like warm, the filet was cold and well done and the desert (pumpkin trifle with lemon curd, was dry, hard and inedible. Paid $400 for the meal, had to go out for something to eat afterwards, never again!

Overall it was a wonderful experiance. We tried the six course tasting menu. The serving staff was attentive, the food was some of the best we've had, and it felt very much worth the price.
