Chicken fried bison was sinewy and unchewable on more than half the serving. Had to spit out most of it! Potatoes were cold when served, but flavorful. Expected better! Also, dinner check stated tip is figured on pre-tax amount. Not the case!

The food in ambience are quite good, particularly for the area, but the service could use some work along with the portions and presentations. There’s a lot of potential here, hopefully they can take it up a notch.

Wonderful evening dining outside and we were allowed to bring our little dog. Our waitress was phenomenal, but I unfortunately forgot her name. She gave good recommendations and was very positive with our questions about the menu. The ceviche was delicious, enjoyed with some specialty cocktails and we enjoyed the Bavette steak very much! We took some Hildee's bars to go and ate them for 3 days! Thank you Hildee's for a great dining experience in the middle of the busy holiday season.

We enjoyed having brunch here. It was busy and service less attentive but we enjoyed a quiche of the day (slightly over baked crust) and the delicious cheesy seafood dip. A bit pricey but mostly because we added a pitcher of cranberry mimosas.

Servers were energetic and engaging, (when around). Way too long without check-ins. Drinks slow to arrive . Short rib and scallops to die for, Chicken fried Bison very salty. Crab dip and lamb meatballs highly recommended.
