Xuma’s was amazing…it is what it is all about when cruising, an al fresco dining experience at sunset. I am typically a steak guy, but when you can get that anywhere it’s best to try something you can only get once. The Abaco Chicken was the best choice…and the mac and cheese side is something not to miss. We will remember this meal for a long time.

Always a great experience at highbourne my guest and I surely enjoyed, just one down fall the conch fritters aren’t conch fritters it’s more of a conch croquette so we were expecting authentic Bahamian conch fritters and not a conch croquettes.

As stated in a previous review, the staff at Xuma never fail provide a level of service of that sets them apart from almost any other restaurant in the Exumas. Add to that the welcoming smiles that greet us upon every return, and you have that special thing that thing is usually only found with family.
