A creative nod to Fenway Hotel’s original architect, Herman Everett Wendell. To ‘hew’ also means to cut or chop.
Comprised of three show-stopping elements, each identified with a slightly different rhythm. Discover our intimate parlor bar, showcasing an extensive whisky and Scotch collection inspired by Dunedin’s Scottish heritage. A lively lounge atmosphere is accentuated by water views.

Chophouse cuts and chef-driven seasonal preparations. Authentic and far from stuffy. This is the new neighborhood gathering spot.

I had a fillet and the mac & cheese fillet was so salty I was only able to eat a quarter of it. The mac & cheese was a very intense Gouda flavor, which I did not enjoy. We frequently had to go find somebody to come help us by giving us a spoon or Explaining the bread options we were given. When she offered us bread before our meal, we said yes having no idea that would be $20 charge. For almost $200 for two people, everything should have been amazing. We will not be back. We were disappointed.

Hubby had the wagyu brisket and hash. I had the confit duck croque madame. Both were excellent. We went for brunch and the place was pretty empty. Service was fantastic and our server, Kendall, was very helpful and as sweet as could be. We will definitely be going back to taste some of HEW Parlor & Chophouse's other fantastic offerings.

The quality of the food was beyond my expectations. The entire staff was very polite and upbeat. My waitress, Caitlin, was great, personable, and had a great vibe of energy. Cannot say enough good about my experience. Will be going back!

It's a basic hotel restaurant. They really market it up on their website. Food was ok, very expensive for what you get. The jazz brunch was a bit of a bamboozle.
