   At first the service from our guy was good but then we finished our meal and at the same time a group of 24 guys came in. Great for the restaurant but our waiter completely ignored us and a female waitress came over and told us he was busy with that table and that she would be helping out in our section also. Great I thought then she was sitting and hugging some of the guys she knew that's ok too. They both let us sit there for 40 mins and could see us at all times. Then the waiter finally came over and said how are we doing, I replied well I'm pretty bored sitting here and please get us the bill, even though I wanted deserts and coffees too. Then the female waitress came with debit machine and told me her and the other guy miss communicated and that they both thought each other was taking care of us. REALLY they both passed us about 30 times each and they couldn't see us just sitting there with no plates or nothing. Lesson learned here HARMANO's is I'm glad your getting big groups but never forget about the other customers because we can write bad reviews also.

   Service was excellent and food is always great!!We were seated at a booth near the band and the music was so loud we could not hear each other talk. Good music just too loud where we were sitting. We will definitely be back!! The overall vibe is fantastic!!

   The restaurant is lovely, quite quiet, food was good. We had the paella. server was very attentive. We'll go back again for sure.

   First time visiting hermanos, had the Brazilian burger, Nd a Lomo steak, calamari, all was very delicious, great service, very comfortable atmosphere, clean restaurant , friendly environment , courteous staff. Will be back for sure!

   As always, the food at Hermanos was excellent. However, the noise level made conversation impossible. The waiter was distracted and inattentive.

   Hermanos is one of our go-to's on theatre night, and it never let's us down. Last night the food and service were spot on. However on the way out, I stumbled on the stairs as it was very poorly lit. Please consider putting some lighting in that area. Thanks Alice

   Live music was nice but way too loud. Wasn’t aware that we were going to a rock concert for dinner. Paella was completely overcooked, sausage was burnt, shrimp were rock hard, and muscles were like they were dehydrated. Unfortunately, Overall pretty bad experience.

   Service was slow but that may or may not be the waitress’s fault. Drink orders got mixed up. One of the meals (chicken) had to be made again as the guest couldn’t even cut into the chicken the first time. The second time the guest thoroughly enjoyed the chicken meal. The other plated meals were also amazing. There was a band playing which is nice but on the other hand it makes for difficult conversations at the table because the music is loud. The waitress was very good with the food and mixups but we weren’t able to see her much so maybe a staff shortage.

    Meal was excellent and the live music was great. Our appetizer and mains came out way too fast though. There was only about 2-5 minutes between courses. We felt very rushed.
