   Excellent Meal! Excellent Service! Very friendly and courteous staff. The Caesar salad was excellent. It was presented well. The steaks were cooked perfectly, and the macaroni and cheese was incredible! Will definitely return!

   Our dining experience was exceptional, and the prix fixe menu lived up to all our expectations from watching the show. The risotto was our absolute favorite, closely followed by the decadent sticky toffee dessert. The "Gordon's Notes" cocktail was another highlight. The service was outstanding. Hailey, along with the entire floor team, was friendly, informative, and highly professional, ensuring every aspect of the meal flowed seamlessly. There was room for improvement with the hosting experience. Despite arriving promptly for our 4 PM reservation, with only one other couple ahead of us, we were kept waiting while three hosts engaged in conversation. Once seated, we were placed in the middle of the restaurant, far from the kitchen, with one chair facing the kitchen and the other with its back to it. For a special anniversary reservation and being only the second couple of the evening, we anticipated a more thoughtful seating arrangement and no delay in being seated. Overall, the food and service more than made up for this minor hiccup, but a smoother greeting experience would have made the evening flawless.

   Donna was absolutely amazing—her service was attentive and friendly! Would go back just for her great service! The steak cooked by Gabe was absolute perfection—exactly how a steak should be cooked! We even had the chance to chat with Gabe, and his kindness and passion for his craft were so evident. Highly recommend this place for great food and fantastic service!

   I came for my husbands birthday. I was told they would sing happy birthday and they did not. The cup cake was throw on the table in front of him. The waiter was not friendly. Horrible service!!

   We always have dinner at Hell’s Kitchen when we’re in Caesars Atlantic City and love everything about it! Unfortunately, last nights filet minion tasted a bit strange to me. Perhaps it tasted odd because it was undercooked and had that “raw meat” smell after eating the first few slices. I didn’t mention it to the server, Linda (and Jeff), whom, by the way were fantastic!!! I felt embarrassed to let them know that the meal wasn’t as great at it normally is, as the filet is my “go to” meal every time I go to Hells Kitchen, but this time, the meat tasted off.

   First time at Hells Kitchen and would definitely return. We had great service from Donna. The food was delicious. We had the lobster risotto, scallops, crispy skin salmon, and the sticky toffee.

   Kylie was great. She made it fresh and fun. The food was very good. They forgot the Tawny Port and the dessert with the Price Fixe so that made dessert off kilter. That was the only hiccup during service.

   My husband and I come often because it typically is a great experience but unfortunately this last time we weren’t impressed. Most of our food was mediocre at best. My husband’s ribeye was the only stand out meal. My friends were disappointed with their meals, the chicken was dry and the salmon was overcooked. The service was good and the manager did come out to apologize and offer a meal to replace the dry chicken.

    Worst experience ever. We made a reservation on Open Table as we often do. We arrived on time checked in was told we would be seated shortly. Along comes 4 other patrons wanting a table. They were told there were no tables available. But there was a table available currently in the bar seating. They declined and insisted that they get seating downstairs. Placed a call, I'm assuming perhaps to their hostess.And what do you know my table was given to them! Of course, I said something and believe me.We are not spoiled people and can wait for a table.But a 1/2 an hour later.We were finally seated . As we approach the dining room, the Hostess rudely told the server to give us the high top table, which is a booth for perhaps 6 people. It was like A scene from a movie where two people are eating in their inning room separated at the head of each end of the table. It was terrible. My husband was seated about six feet away from me. We ordered a appetizer which came out cold, hot plate vodka food! It was extremely disappointing. Tipped our server 22% ..wasn't he fault. I guess if you're going to Hells Kitchen in Atlantic City New Jersey.And you don't have a reservation just complain.And complain and you'll get someone else's reservation!
