   Great food. Great service. Loved the decor and atmosphere. Was kind of surprised how empty it was inside. More people should go! It was very good.

   Waiter never checked on our order or to see if we needed anything. Food was disappointing-not flavorful and took too long. Manager was nice and acknowledged the service issues but it just wasn’t a good experience. Cute place, nice ambiance and lovely outdoor seating but I can’t recommend the food.

   The food was good and the outdoor area was great. But it took a very long time for us to be greeted at the table. And then our food came out very late and intermittently. The order was wrong. I was served my dinner after everyone had finished eating. I will say the waiter was extremely apologetic and comped us for the wrong dish and gave us a discount. Essentially saying the kitchen was overwhelmed. So overall, it was an OK experience because they were very nice about it. Quality of the food was very good.I would try again.

   Ambience and service were great. The Broiled Oysters Imperial was the star of the show! BUT… our entrees— Fish and Chips, and Steamer Pot—lacked seasoning. The Steamer Pot especially was literally just boiled seafood and didn’t taste like anything.

   Sat on the roof with no one else, which was nice, but we were pretty ignored. Food was okay.

   Showed up and sat at the table in the bar area and waited 30 minutes to get a menu and waters. Nobody ever waited on us. We left and went elsewhere.

   Ambience, food and service was great! The only thing is that they messed up my friend’s order and they added someone else’s food on our tab, and had to reimburse us for it! This has happened both times I have been to this place!

   We arrived at the front desk of Hello Betty on the 3rd floor of Canopy with a reservation for brunch, waited, were never greeted by anyone, so we left. Very disappointing.

    Food was mediocre, especially when considering the price. My appetizer was brought out at the same time as my main with no explanation. Took a long time to get our drinks despite it not being crowded.
