   We have been to Heck’s twice since they moved and have had an amazing experience. This was our third time and we’re very disappointed. Arrived a few minutes before our reservation and were quickly seated. Waited 10 minutes for a server and watched two tables that were seated after us get greeted by their server. Went to the hostess stand and stated we haven’t seen our server and was told “I’m not sure who your server is”. A few minutes later our server arrived and took our complete order which included bar drinks and entrees. We received our entrees promptly but were a third of the way through before we got our bar drinks. We watched as our server made drink after drink behind the bar but not ours. She eventually came with our drinks and said she was helping the bartender make other tables drinks. The manager did come over and acknowledged that our drinks were late and offered us dessert which we declined and she gave us 15% off the bill. We have had amazing service before so we will come back but the service tonight was extremely poor and the server seemed non caring.

   We visit Heck's at least once a month. We are enjoying the new location in Avon. Our server was very busy this particular evening. We had a bit of wait for our drink order, however she did let us know that she was helping another table and would be back soon. My husband ordered a cup of the Italian wedding soup and said it was excellent. He also ordred the Heck's burger and fries and enjoyed that as well. I ordered the salmon burger and substituted the house side salad. The salmon burger did not come with the lime aioli and the salad was missing the cranberries. I tried to get the attention of our server to request a side of aioli but was not successful. Overall, a good experience but not the best experience we have had at Heck's.

   Emily K was wonderful and made great recommendations so our party of 4 all loved our selections! From apps, to entrees to dessert! The gnocchi was awesome. We’ll definitely be back!

   First time in to the new location. Beautiful place and some nice tweaks to the menu. Love the improvements in parking too. We will be regulars along with your sister restaurant Antica.

   Dinner on Sunday with friends was outstanding. The food was spot-on. Stephen, our server, couldn't have been more understanding or accommodating. He knew when to wait and when to serve. Other than being the table at the head of a room (extra traffic), nothing could have been better.

   LOVE THE NEW LOCATION. Food and atmosphere was fantastic. The waitress was very accommodating with our request and provided information in regards to the dishes and specials.

   Food was excellent. They seated us in the garage like space and it was extremely noisy. It also appeared we were forgotten about by our server. It took quite a while for someone to notice we were there and get our drinks. Server never came back after taking our order. We had to repeatedly ask for our coffee refill. Also had to ask for our check. Our server appeared to be new. He needs more training. We never received this type of service at the old venue. Our servers there were always very attentive.

   Hecks has been a favorite of ours for years. They did a great job designing the space in the new building!

    Pamela was our waitress. She was attentive and charming. The food was cooked as requested Medium Rare and well done. Excellent value too.
