Bit dissapointed our reservation was not at the restaurant when we arrived (had to show emails to confirm we made it) but the waiter was great in moving tables and getting us in there. Once seated the food and service was great. Great night out.

We've been to Hecho multiple times and we like the food, but the service leaves a lot to be desired. The wait staff often gets at least one of our orders wrong, and rarely are willing to correct it. On this occasion the waiter asked if we want our dishes spicy and we all said "yes" but only half of our dinners came with Hecho's special spicy sauce. We asked the waiter to take them back to the kitchen to get the sauce added and he refused - he said "you can just use the hot sauce". This isn't the same, it doesn't taste at all like Hecho's spicy sauce. This has happened 3 out of the last 4 times we have been to Hecho, and I'm not sure we will be back anytime soon, even if we do like the food (at least when it comes as ordered!).
